Adults lie to kids about everything, let's be real.

Whether it’s pretending the Easter Bunny exists or that their drawing really is amazing (not to mention fridge-worthy), we can all name a lie or 20 that we’ve told to kids.

But for me, at 21 years old I have recently graduated from childhood but am still nowhere near close to receiving my Bachelors of Adulting yet. In this weird limbo I find myself caught between the things I thought were real, and the big world of things I don’t yet know.

This video is my reflection on all the things I believed as a kid, for better or for worse, and how my experience growing up helped me to grow out of the “lies” that I once believed.
